Comfort Measures Session

Service Description

As you plan for your baby's arrival, you should consider ways that you will be able to manage the pain and discomfort that comes with labor & delivery. During a Comfort Measures Session with Doula NaConda, she will demonstrate and teach you various proven techniques that will help labor become more comfortable & progressive for you. Comfort Measures allow your body's natural movement to make pain more manageable while at the same time allowing the baby to descend further into the birth canal in preparation for delivery! During this session, you are encouraged to dress comfortably, invite your birth team & family members who will be around you the most (as well as those that you are comfortable asking for help), and ask questions!

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact Nikkahndah Birth Services within 24 hours of your appointment. Refunds will only be given to those clients who do not wish reschedule their appointments and who contact Nikkahndah Birth Services 24 hours before their appointment. Refunds will not be given to clients who do not cancel or reschedule before the 24 hour time frame.
