All physical products, online homeschool training class & course purchases, online education course purchases, and online consultation services are final and non-refundable. Once the class/course/service is purchased, and/or accessed, no refund will be granted regardless of the reason. All online training classes/courses/services are tested extensively on all types of systems, browsers, and devices.
You can email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive assistance in getting started with the class/course/service if you are having any trouble.
Participant will be allowed to exchange with other class/course/service of equivalent or lesser value, if course is not accessed within 7 days of purchase. Exchange request must be received by email at email@example.com. No exchange will be granted if the request is more than 7 days after the purchase date.
Multiple payments for the same course:
In case participant made extra payment (same class/course/service bought multiple times) for the same class/course/service, refund will be issued upon request.
