Refund Policy

All physical products & services, online education course purchases, and online consultation services are final and non-refundable. Once the class/course/service is purchased, and/or accessed, no refund will be granted regardless of the reason. All online classes/services are tested extensively on all types of systems, browsers, and devices. All clients receive a thorough client contract with detailed information about refunds pertaining to the Services being paid for.
